It is a licence saying you can trial their product for free. Of course, it is only 30days, so once it has expired (Utau synth simply wont open) just download a new one. You may need to re-install synth too. Can I get this in English? Yes, it is possible.

(even if it's just a picture set to play for a couple of minutes, thats counts as a video) if you're a mac user, which i assume you are, use imovie, insert your song then a picture (or video) you want to go with it and select edit/clip and set it for the duration of the song.

Then export and viola! How do i export this as a UST? I've since deleted my UTAU synth because i never used it, but one of the drop-down menus. I just saved it and pressed buttons. It's helpful to look at the shortcuts next to the options ^^.COPYRIGHT EVERYTHING TO IT'S RIGHTFUL OWNER'S!.
