Nvidia Quadro Fx2500m Driver For Mac
Hello, I finally took the plunge. Scanned my system with Windows 7 upgrade advisor and it reported that Windows 7 should have NO issues with installing. Enough RAM, processing power, etc.
This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer. Dell Precision M90 nVidia Quadro FX 2500M Driver Dell Precision M90 nVidia Driver NVidia Quadro FX 2500M Driver Dell Nvidia Quadro.
No reports of hardware being an issue at all. So I purchased and installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit edition. The OS installed without error.

After restart, I noticed two things: One, my secondary monitor (DVI connection) was not displaying anything and two, the resolution was set low. So I checked the display settings and sure enough the 2nd monitor is not displayed and the driver was set to the Standard VGA driver of Windows. I have been looking for a Windows 7 replacement driver for about 6 hours now. I have tried different suggestions and tweaks to no avail.

Dell apparently does not support the Win 7 version of the driver for this laptop model and NVIDIA states that I must contact the manufacturer 'Dell'. I am in a catch 22 situation with them now. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I even purchased a Driver Scanning tool to see if it could locate a compatible driver. $50 more dollars for software and no results! One recommendation which seemed promising was to install the Vista 32 bit version from Dell. This causes an exception in Windows 7. Windows 7 unloads the driver and uses Standard VGA. Another option I tried was to install different drivers from NVIDIA (1500 and 3500) without success.

The installers complain the hardware does not exist and quit. Lastly I tried to update the driver manually by locating the Vista 32 bit version and browsing to it. I receive the following error during install: Again, any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!! I am even willing to spend a little more on a newer 'compatible' video graphics card if that would work!
