Unfortunately it really falls down when it comes to the my new Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS60 videos which records up to 4K/UHD video at 30p and 24p as well as 1080/60p format in MPEG-4 and AVCHD, this is a problem.
It’s not recognizing my Panasonic videos, I even take the card out of the camera and transferred them to my laptop and the program does not import them. I looked on the programs input specs and MPEG-4, AVCHD is compatible. Does anyone have any ideas?
